Unable to Reactivate subscription

My subscription had a spending limit. When the spending limit was reached it became disabled.
The subscription monthly period has ended. I am unable to Reactivate the subscription.

There is no subscription support in forums. I'd submit a ticket here.

I did all the above. The Reactivate button is still disabled..
