Win32k event 263 Windows 10

Hi everyone!

I started to use windows 10 just a little time ago and I have very annoying issue : windows crashes with no understandable reasons.
In journal the problem is caused by Win32k (Win32k) and description "The pointing device has no information about the monitor is attached to".
I tried to use older drivers for my graphic card, I used chekdisk, I updated motherboar BIOS to last version, I tried to use just one display
and have no result for my issue.
Also I tried tu reinstall windows 10 Pro and Home.
I have GeForce 1080 Palit and 2 displays : AOC AGON AG352UCG and Xp-Pen screen tablet Artist Pro 15.6.
When I used windows 7 at this PC it was ok with no problems and no crashes.
I tested all my hardware and it's ok.
I try to find the solution for two month and has no results for now.

Since you have reinstalled Windows 10 Pro and Home and Windows 7 doesn’t have crash, I think system related issue should be excluded, we need to check the compatibility related issue.
Execute a clean boot then monitor result, A clean boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com)

On the other hand, check whether your graphics adapter and monitors are compatible with Windows 10.

I tried to use a clen boot and have the same result - windows crashes and after reboot there is event 263 win32k.
And I can understand what can't make this issue : it appears completely random time, with any apps running or without "heavy" apps, just with browser running (I tried to use chrome and firefox).

Refer to the following document to generate a dump file
Generate a kernel or complete crash dump - Windows Client Management | Microsoft Docs
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/generate-kernel-or-complete-crash-dump

Then, use WinDbg to analyze dump file for the cause of crash.

I changed my hardware to Rog Strix 450 and Ryzen 7 3700x and now have no issues.
So I think it was problem of the bad compatibility of FX CPUs and windows 10.
