PC hangs after UEV error in Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Dear all,

In the past few months i have been struggling with my personal gaming PC.
Details are:
MOBO: Asus Z490i
CPU: 10900K
Windows 10 Pro 19042.928
and uninstalled the KB5001330 just to keep errors to the minimum (i heard that causing issues)

Problem:
Randomly the PC hangs (keyboard lights goes off and everything stops, screens stay whatever was displayed last) then after a few seconds up to a minute it will restart and will boot into windows (or crash and hang at the loading screen).
This happens a lot on a day to day basis, sometimes is not for days.

I have managed to track down and it happens after a error shows up in the Event Viewer which says the following:
"Control storage blocks were destroyed." by SCCM and UEV caused, which is not configured in GPO (never touched GPO, and restored it a few times back to default which seem helped or it was a placebo effect, but crashes for a few days after)

I am a tech savvy and who works in IT as a general "IT guy" and can solve most of the problems, but this one is beyond my knowledge :/

Is there anyone who can help me figure out what's causing it? - happy to go on a video session (skype, ms teams, discord...you name it) if needed

Please refrain yourself from "reinstall helped me" kind of comments, i know it would solve, but there are many softwares and configs that i rather not 'nuke it', i keep it as a last resort

Hi,
Have you tried to boot the computer in safe mode? If yes, what was the result? Was issue still persisting in safe mode?
What was the result of clean boot?
A possible reason for this Windows The Storage Control Blocks Were Destroyed sccm error could be your malfunctioning windows registry.
Sounds like you have some research on this problem, we can try the following methods to fix this issue.

1.Run the command prompt as administrator.
Type sfc /scannow to scan the registry.

2.Updates OS version in Windows 10
The fastest way to get the upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.
Please download Media Creation Tool from the link below and select Upgrade this PC at the first screen:

3.Perform a clean boot

4.Uninstall and reinstall the apps affected by the ERROR_ARENA_TRASHED message
Hope above information can help you.

1.
Thanks for the tips, although, i don't see BSODs at all, screen freezes, everything stops, then restart.
Also no sfc or chkdsk parameters could find anything, they always say it's all good. tried 'dism' in admin powershell checkhealth, repair and restore (i couldn't remember the correct order at the time of writing this).
Never seen ERROR_ARENA_TRASHED message (there were no BSOD screen), nor in the event viewer.

2 & 3 I will try these later today and get back to you ASAP.

Also when this happens, sometimes there is no log in Event Viewer.
