How to centralize management of signature using Exchange Online

Hi all,
I have a small Office365 tenant.
Active Directory on premise syncs to Office 365 using Password Hash method.
All users are using Microsoft Exchange Online as Mail Services.

How can I create and deploy a simple signature to company account?
Users of this small company has got Outlook installed on their PCs and Smartphone.
I installed Outlook for iPhone or for Android on their mobiles.

Any suggestions?
Best regards

Hi @FedericoCoppola-2569 ,
You could following the steps in the link provide by Andy to create a company-wide email signature. The following screenshot is a testing in lab environment. You could also enter the text.
For more information you could also refer to: Organization-wide message disclaimers, signatures, footers, or headers in Exchange Online and Organization-wide disclaimers, signatures, footers, or headers in Exchange Server
