VS 2019 Trial will expire

Hi,
I am Action Pack Partner since many years and use VS2019 Last Release.
The MS-Subscription expires End of January 2022.

But now I get the message:

And on trying to update, I get the Message that this is the best license he has found.
There is no Product Key to insert for VS2019?

Ho can I get the a useful license?

Currently, you are in a trial version, you could purchase a subscription from Visual Studio Subscription Support to update your license.

If you go to your subscription page

https://my.visualstudio.com/ProductKeys

And if a key is available it will look like this.

None of mine are claimed as I use my work subscription but if I wanted to I'd claim a key.

Hi karen,
thank you for your screen shots.
and that's my problem:

90429-grafik.png

Is something broken between my Action-Pack-Subscription and the VS-Account?
I never had this problems before, so maybe I have not seen changes from MS and actions, I had to do.

Hello @WolfgangMaier-1208

Best option at this point is to contact Microsoft.

https://my.visualstudio.com/GetHelp?mkt=en-us

I've had my subscriptions for at least 10 years and the interesting part is they span two companies (state agencies so really the same company). I bring this up as it's doubtful it has to do with longevity of your subscriptions.
