Windows 10 Freezes

I guess another one in the line of Windows 10 short freezes questions.

I've been having a problem for quite some time. Thought something was overheating, nope nothing is. I can play games for hours sometimes and not get a freeze, sometimes cant do basic work for 20 minutes and get a freeze. Til today, PC would recover from a freeze without issues and I could go on. But from today if it freezes I need to restart it.

Freeze I can describe as the "BOOOOOOOOOOOO" sound.

Event Viewer shows nothing in the time of the freeze, it only shows that unexpected shutdown happened, any help is appreciated.

Hi,
This issue may occur either due to corrupt display and sound driver or if BIOS is not up to date.

I would like to suggest you to uninstall and reinstall display driver and check.
Please see below steps:
Press Windows + X keys together and click device manager.
Right click the adapter and click uninstall.

Now, you may reinstall the latest display driver from the computer manufacturer's website. Also follow the same steps for sound drivers. Make sure all the Windows update are up to date and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
It may be not software related because if it were something would be output in the event viewer logs.
Also, you would be looking at hardware overheating to start - motherboard and cpu.
Hope above information can help you.

CPU had Corsair H115 onto it, now it has a Noctua NH-D15S, its running cool as ever.
I'll do the rest of the steps and tell you how it goes, Ill edit this comment when that happens.

Edit:

@JennyFeng-MSFT
I've updated the BIOS and reinstalled those drivers. I still have those freezes but at least now PC recovers as it did before.
I also did sfc /scannow , did memtests, deleted temp files and did clean boot (services are all on off besides Microsoft ones), and disabled C-States for my CPU. Still the same thing.

CPU runs 29C when idling, and not more than 60 under load.
