Installing/Running Xamarin app on windows server 2016(OS Ver 1607)

I have installed Xamarin and vs2017 on windows server 2016. Getting the below error as below. Please let me know how to resolve this.
Note: The current Os version of windows server 2016 is 1607 and Hyper is also enabled.

"launching the android emulator android_accelerated_x86_oreo on hyper-v needs windows spring creators update (Redstone 4) or newer installed."

    Two options upgrade the OS, or if your are not using hyper-v for anything but the android emulator and have an intel processor you can uninstall hyper-v and install the haxm drivers to speed up the emulator.
