Unable to switch Azure directory in LUIS portal

Hi
I have tenancy for multiple Azure Authorization Directory and every directory has some LUIS apps in them.
I'm unable to switch directories in LUIS portal, specially one directory, it stopped working since I signed in this morning.
any leads? I'm however able to change directories from azure portal but that isn't reflecting in LUIS portal.

@YADAVSahil-3139 Do you still see the issue if you try a different browser or an incognito or private mode?

Sorry, totally missed out on this one.
I was able to accomplish it by merely updating my chrome browser. Weird enough, after that I was able to switch directories.
But still can't understand why other users who are part of group which has ownership of Azure Authoring resources can't access the LUIS apps.

Could you please check if they need to be added as collaborators for the authoring resource? For apps that are migrated, contributors are managed in the Azure portal for the authoring resource, using the Access control (IAM) page. Add a user, using the collaborator's email address and the contributor role.
