Hi @ShabazAhmed-5117 ,

If you want to view attachments contained in emails that have been received and sent:
Based on my knowledge, we could not get the detailed information of all attachments directly. We could following the steps to get the all email which contained the acttachment.

1.We could get the email by using in-place eDiscovery & hold, but please note that you need to add your account to the Discovery Management role group. By default, permissions to perform In-Place eDiscovery-related tasks aren’t assigned to any user or Exchange Administrators.

You could create a In-Place eDiscovery & Hold, then type the attachment extension in the Filter, you also could specify date, sender and Recipiennt. Then we could view the result. But it should be noted that if the content of an email contains this word, it will also appear in the search results, so there may be deviations.
For more information you could refer to: In-Place eDiscovery in Exchange Server

2.We could view the all email with attachment in Outlook by using “Has Attachments” feature. But we can only get the information of one mailbox at a time.

If you want to check the email with attachment during transport:
We could craete a transport rule to check the attachment, we can check the attachment name, size, and extension according to requirements. And you can specify actions to be taken after the rules are met, such as rejecting emails, redirecting emails, etc.
For more information you could refer to: Use transport rules to inspect message attachments

I dont think its possible to accomplish this with Exchange power shell, so I think you would need to get a 3rd party product that can report on all attachments, extensions etc. Try out a few of these to see if it meets your needs

Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline Exchange Mailbox and Public Folder EDB's and Live Exchange Servers or Import/Migrate direct from Offline EDB to Any Production Exchange Server, even cross version i.e. 2003 --> 2007 --> 2010 --> 2013 --> 2016 --> 2019 --> Exchange Online with Lucid8's DigiScope

Hi @TroyWerelius-2847,

Thanks for your response.
As adviced by you, I have suggested those 3rd party tools to my organization.
