Hi @53492516,

Welcome to Q&A forum.

May I know what specific information you would like to get from the so called "access history" of Outlook? Information like who and when open the Outlook program in windows? Or information about who and when logged into your mailbox and made changes? In order to better solve your issue, please try to provide us with more details related to your issue for further research.

As I know, from the perspective of the Microsoft Outlook desktop client itself, it is impossible and Outlook itself will not store information like "access history".

If you would like to know when does the Outlook program runs in your windows, maybe checking information like windows event logs could help? If this is your case, you could try to add some Windows-related tags to your original post so that experts or users in other fields who read the forums regularly can share their knowledge with you.

If you are using Outlook along with Exchange email accounts, and would like to know information about who and when logged into your mailbox and made changes, the MailboxAuditLog from your server side might could help. For more information, please check this similar thread: How to check mailbox user last five days IP details from where he has logged in?

Any update, please feel free to post back.

Hi @53492516,
Thanks for your reply.
As I know, the Mailbox audit log method we mentioned above would also record the creation of calendar items.

By the way, I noticed that you are using Outlook in programming way(outlook calendar api), please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client but know little about programming. To better solve your issue, I added the graph-calendar tag here so that users who read the forums regularly can either their knowledge with us. Thanks for your understanding and hope your issue could be resolved soon.
