Azure SQL Managed Instance migration

We need to migrate Azure SQL MI from Tenant A to Tenant B, can you please let me know if there are any tools to do this? Is there any guidelines or checklist or recommendations for the same.

Do you mean migrate Azure SQL MI from one subscription to another subscription that are in different Tenants?

@vijie-3055 Thank you for reaching out. As pointed by @AndriyBilous, you cannot move a managed instance between tenants or subscriptions.
This is limited for security reasons as we cannot verify if the person moving the database has appropriate permissions on both tenants or subscriptions.

However, you can create a Copy-Only Backup and restore the backup on a new Managed instance created in the destination tenant.
Please let us know if you have further questions.

I see Microsoft Documentation
Azure SQL Managed Instance does not support migration to another Subscription or Tenant
