Hi, thank you for that quick response. I only use Internet Explorer 11.
The report generator is available on Internet Explorer if I use the link in the SRSS manager, if I launch Internet Explorer directly by entering the corresponding url, the report generator is not present.
Of course, I installed Report Builder on client computers but this is not suitable, because I have to use the url from my ERP.
Hi Zoé,
I tried with MS Edge and Chrome : same.
When i try from Report manager, i have the generator on my web browser (Chrome or Edge or Internet Explorer)
I setup "ReportServer" in built-in user accounts, it's good ?
Hi @Sebastien-1412,
Have you tried to open the url in compatibility mode to see if the issue will occur?
Also you may use other browsers such as Chrome to have a double check.
Regards,
Zoe

Which patch level of SSRS do you have?
How can i find this information ?
Run this query in SSMS connected to the database engine of the same SQL Server
SELECT @@version
to get the patch level / build number.
As soon as I use the link directly in the browser (i.e. only), the generator does not appear.
Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean with this, may can you explain it more detailed, please?
I have the same SSRS version 214 and it' doesn't matter how I open Report Manager URL, the Report Builder Icon always appear.
Which patch level of SSRS do you have?
You can install Report Builder as application on your machine instead of starting RB as click-once, download at: Microsoft® SQL Server® 2014 Report Builder
