Allow spoofing from an external domain

I want to configure an external email domain to show to my users as my organisation email domain. That mean translate that email address to one already configured in our domain. how do I configure this rule in Exchange admin center or office 385

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

If you are referring to Address Rewriting, the you would need to use an Exchange role server and its only valid on-prem

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/architecture/edge-transport-servers/address-rewriting?view=exchserver-2019

There is no functionality in Office 365 to do this.

No, I am actually referring to spoofing. I want to spoof the external email address to appear as an email address on our domain when the email is delivered. Instead of the sender email to show the external email, it will show the as one of our internal mailbox address

There is no real good way of doing that except actually sending it as the internal email address or creating a mail-enabled contact in the org that represents that external address.
I guess the question is, what problem are you trying to solve? Why the need to do this?
Maybe if I know that, we can come up with something :)

Ok, in that case, have the external partner org send as the internal mailbox - i.e. have them spoof it.
Then create a transport rule to allow that spoofed email

Ok, so thats what you need to do then :)
Have the partner org change how they send that message. Have them send as your internal mailbox and you create a transport rule to allow it.
