Dear All ,
In random case CRM report export is throwing error with "The report execution owtl4h55tzc0mt45p1uhyx45 has expired" . I have tried most of the option and found no solution . I think this is not related with cache .
Can someone help me I am providing maximum details of my environment setup below .
Default browser - Chrome (Version 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit))
SSRS Report is configured with Load balancer (We have primary and secondary node configured for CRM)
SQL server version - 2016(13.0.5850.14)
Options I have tried already are following and seems no luck
On the server, edit C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer\rsreportserver.config
SecureConnectionLevel ="3"
EnableAuthPersistence = False
CleanupCycleMinutes ="20"
MaxScheduleWait ="20"
RS Temp DB - verify session details - Checked the session data on [SnapshotData] and [SessionData] . All these are normal as no session expiry
Verified time zone - RS Server and CRM server are in same time zone
