Has anyone else come across the issue with Server 2019 inside the Hyper-V Switch manager, that the notes entered in a public virtual switch will disappear after a reboot? I have tried to add them in via powershell, the GUI, nothing sticks.

Hi,
I tried the scenario in my test environment:
First I created a new switch in my Hyper-V manager:
Then I tried to start and shut down one of my VMs:
After that, I checked the virtual switch manager again and the note stays:
Here’re my suggestions:
1. Please check if the Hyper V host and the VMs are up to date, if not, please update then to the latest;
2. Please check if there's any third-party application running on the host, such as anti-virus applicaiton, if yes, please uninstall them;
3. Please also try to recreate the external virtual switch, check if it would work.
Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Danny
