Enable DKIM for a custom domain in Ofifice 365

Hi guys,

I need to enable DKiM for a custom domain.
Followed this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/use-dkim-to-validate-outbound-email?view=o365-worldwide
In https://protection.office.com/dkimv2 clicked on the custom domain and tried to enable but got this.

I created two CNAME records but still unable to enable DKIM and get that client error.

Have I missed something?

Most likely a DNS propagation issue. Verify that you can resolve the newly added records externally, also try doing the same from a different location (you can specify a server such as 8.8.8.8), etc.

Those places are different from the tutorials.

After creating CNAME Record from DNS provider, you may need to wait 24 hours for it to take effect.

Our teams mainly force on Exchange related question, you can also open a service request to confirm with Office 365 for more detailed information.

Hi @KyleXu-MSFT,

Thanks for your reply.
Yeah I noticed I mistakenly included "example" in the CNAME record.
I modified it today so will check tomorrow.
