Utilização do Voucher

Boa tarde,
Realizei o Desafio do Analista de Dados do Microsoft Ignite e o completei no prazo estabelecido, porém não recebi nenhum e-mail para a utilização do voucher na marcação do exame (eu escolhi Exame DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI).
E ao tentar agendar o exame mesmo sem a utilização do voucher, para tentar inseri-lo posteriormente, aparece a mensagem a seguir:

Fiz todos os testes que ele pede, porém sem sucesso. Entrei em contato no suporte oferecido e me redirecionaram para cá.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
