Student Pay-As-You-Go

So I got 100 credits for signing up for azure student. I upgraded to a pay as you go subscription. Will my pay as you go subscription utilize my 100$ in credits before my card?

When you upgrade your Azure free account, you keep your remaining credit for the full 30 days from when you signed up.

This doesn't really answer my question. My question was will it still utilize my credit when I upgrade?

What happens to my unused credit if I upgrade before the end of 30 days?
If you move to pay-as-you-go pricing before the end of 30 days, you won’t lose your credit. When you move to pay as you go, any credit you have remaining will still be available for the full 30 days from when you created your free account.
