I suggest you go to OneDrive online to check this issue.
Then located to Registry Editor, check whether there is one of the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\SignIn
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\SignIn
If yes, you may double-click SignInOptions, type 0 in the Value Data box, and then click OK.
("0" means both Microsoft Account IDs and Org IDs are allowed.)
If not, please close all Office applications including OneDrive for Business client.
Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials > select the Office credential > Remove.
Restart OneDrive for Business client to sync the team site library to check the result.
