How to handle “Add MFC Class” when using dialog box in C language

Hi,
I work with C language.
When I modify dialog box I get message like below:

              Add MFC Class
    Class name: Base Class:
    H file .cpp file
    . . . . . . . . . .

This message prevents me from modifying dialog box
I don’t know much about MFC.

Would someone show me how to avoid this problem , please ?
Thank you very much in advance

Thank you for your reply.
I am not using MFC in my code; It just showed up.
I created modeless dialog box a long time ago( some years ago) with c language and I want to modify it. This message shows up and stops me from using it.

Is there a way to turn of MFC , I wonder

Thank you very much

Good. I see. I think we will need more information. Can you provide a screen shot? And/or describe the procedure you use that causes that to happen?
