Audio issues when connecting to RDP

Hi...I am using Microsoft Remote Desktop in my Mac to connect to a windows machine , however when I join the zoom calls , Audio quality is poor and sometimes mic is not working. I don't have any issues with listening to the audio. Is there any settings needs to be changed to get the mic working ( Its actually working , but the audio quality is poor , I tried changing my headphones , still no luck) ?

Hi,
According to your description, I consider few steps you could try:
1.Using the Group Policy editor, Go to Computer Configuration:Administrative Templates:Windows Components: Remote Desktop Session Host:Device and Resource Redirection. Set “Limit audio playback quality.” to “Enabled,” and set “Audio Quality” option “to High”.
2.Updating your Remote Desktop App version to latest version. Or change an order version which worked before.
3.Reinstall the audio driver from the manufacturer's official website to check.
