How to upgrade the Storage for ASR?

So i've provisioned standard HDDs for the ASR storage and it turns out the churn is just over the ASR supported limits for that storage plan (just over 2Mb/sec)

The error in the portal says:
Learn how to upgrade https://aka.ms/upgrade-to-premium

Link doesnt work, and if i try to upgrade the disk through the portal its locked by the ASR and is in ActiveSAS state.

Is there a way i can upgrade this disk without deleting the whole site replication and starting again? its a good TB of data that i don't want to leave unprotected for the transfer duration.

SAS key rotation is "Not Supported". If the SAS key for storage accounts is rotated, you need to disable and re-enable replication.
