How to identify and fix windows server hardware error ?

Hello everyone !
I recently upgraded my cluster with new servers (HPE DL360 Gen10) and a functional migration from 2012 to 2016. I now have an error on 4 servers stating windows hardware error occured.

This led to the cluster loosing connectivity to our storage system:
"Cluster Shared Volume 'Vol1_PRD_BDKC1' ('Vol1_PRD_BDKC1') has entered a paused state because of 'STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT(c00000b5)'. All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished."

Does this implite i should consider updating my network adapters' driver ?

Thank you in advance for your input.

Hi,
I would suggest that you try updating the network adapters’ drivers first.
However, since there’re a lot of scenarios that might cause the CSV to be paused, If the problem remains after the updating, please refer to the link below:

Thanks for your time.
