I'd also check the manufacturer chipset has been installed. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.

Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

It seems that the issue was related to Intel Wi-Fi adapter. And Code 10 error is a temporary error, generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device. Since Intel Wi-Fi adapter is a third party product which we're not familiar with, I would suggest you could contact Intel support for further help.

Here are some articles regarding of error code 10 for your reference:

Network Adapter ‘this device cannot start. (code 10)’

Meanwhile, here is a similar thread discussed before in Intel community, you could check if method in this thread was helpful to you:

Since its an HP laptop you'll likely have better luck asking the vendor for help or in their forums.

I posted on the forums that you have listed above but so far no response. I reinstalled windows 10 and joined to domain. This worked for me until when i updated windows to version 20H2. Am in the same problem again

Sounds like confirmation of a hardware / driver compatibility issue which only HP can resolve. If the hardware is still under warranty you could open a support ticket, otherwise check the site for know issues with your hardware.
