Can't use inline common data model data set "The corpus path is null or empty"

I configured my Common Data Service environment to export to an Azure Data Lake Gen2 storage account per these instructions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/common-data-service/export-to-data-lake

The export worked without issue, however now I would like to consume that data in a Data Factory Data Flow per this blog post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-data-factory/adf-adds-support-for-inline-datasets-and-common-data-model-to/bc-p/1469606 . It seems I can do this using inline data sets now, but I get stuck when I try to import the schema.
