IoT Central can't get seeed ReButon Data

Already setting Telmetry to get IoT Device (ReButton) message, but there was no data get into IoT Central

ReButton can't send telemetry to communicate with IoT Central.
And the Azure Support tells me there is no document in the database about ReButton.
But ReButton has the IoT Central setting, which makes me so confused...
To monitor the telemetry your device is sending,
I use " https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-central/core/troubleshoot-connection "
Can't get any telemetry message.
So I think that didn't work.
