Uninstalling Malicious software removal tool via GPO or by script

Can someone help me to remove - malicious software removal tool from servers and windows 10
Ideally, I would like to remove them using GPO or script

Thank you for posting here.

Based on the description above, as I understand, these servers and windows 10 are domain-joined machines.

How did you install malicious software on these machines?
Is it installed manually or through a batch tool or via GPO?

If it is installed via GPO, we can uninstall it via GPO.

If it is installed manually, now we want to uninstall it in batches, maybe we need a script or a command to uninstall it, then uninstall them via startup script GPO or shutdown script GPO.
