I’ve been trying to access company apps and it is asking me to log in. When I try to log in, I am directed to the Authenticator webpage where I am supposed to log in and type in my company login. But when the page tries to load it shows an error of “too many redirects”. I am using an iPhone and I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions online. I have cleared my cache and browsing data, I have toggled the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”, closed VPN, restarted my phone and still the same issue comes up on Safari. I have also tried using Google Chrome and the redirect is error still comes up.
I don’t know what to do anymore with this issue. Can someone please help me with this? I want yo access company apps when I am away from my laptop.
