What Type of Azure Active Directory Subscription needed for Integration with Servicenow

Hi,

Our team is doing this research about Azure Active Directory Integration with ServiceNow. We know that before we can integrate, we have to have an Azure AD Subscription. We are aware that Azure AD have 4 types of subscription. However, we are confused what type of subscription do we really need.

Thank you! Hope to hear from you soon.

If you are talking about Single Sign-on (SSO) integration, the "tutorial" doesn't mention Azure AD Licenses at all.

See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/servicenow-tutorial

At the bottom of the article, though, it mentions Session Controls which is a part of Conditional Access. Conditional Access requires at least an Azure AD Premium P1 License. So, if you are going to do Session Control with Conditional Access, you'll need at least a P1.

Compare the "Premium Features" in the chart at this site:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/active-directory/

Hope this helps!

Edward
