Hello Folks,
We have got a requirement to integrate InDesign with SharePoint - is this supported by SharePoint Online?
If not, then can a PDF or HTML can be integrated with SharePoint directly?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, @FazlehoussenMourtazabhn-6864 ,
For integrating InDesign with SharePoint, we can upload files to a SharePoint library, then use OneDrive to sync the files to your local machine. You can use InDesign to working on the files and OneDrive will handle the sync work. The files in SharePoint Online will be in the same version with the files in your computer.
Here is a video about the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7l4pTetrnU
This is the most straightforward integration and if you have any further requirements please let me know.

Hi @JerryXu-MSFT,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I saw the video before this posting - this videos is more about on how to save those files to SharePoint.
What we want is to open those files within SharePoint - similar to word files which can be opened within browser itself.
Any clue?
Hi, @FazlehoussenMourtazabhn-6864 ,
In SharePoint Online , we can open pdf files stored in document libraries. However, it is like opening a pdf in the browser, we can only view it and that is all. If you want to open the pdf file in a client application, that is not yet supported. We have a thread in User Voice and you can vote there. For displaying the pdf file content, we can use things like file viewer web part. However, as I am not sure if there is an Online version of Adobe InDesign, it may be better to contact with Adobe support.
