@EcoAxis-3844

Does this issure occur with all shared Excel files on server? Please check whether the following informtion is helpful.

  1. How do users access this Excel file? Such as via mapped drive, UNC path.
    I suggest users change the way of getting this file to have a check.

  2. Does User A has the Delete rights for the folder where this use is saving the file?
    Please make sure User A has enough permission to delete temporary file so that the save operation can successfully finish.

  3. Besides, do users enable preview pain of a Windows Explorer folder?
    If yes, please close this function.

  4. Are there there any antivirus softwanre on users' computers, I also suggest you disable or quit them temporarily.
