I now would like to create a persistent Win10 machine to boot only a few hours a week and stay free.

I see there are 750hr of Linux and Windows Server B1S machine.
So... If I start a B1S Windows Server, I will not be charged if I use it for less than 750hr?

I run a server for some minutes to check if it is all right; the cost analysis now show 0,32€ of costs: will I be charged, or will this be cancelled by my 750 free hours?

But I'm now wandering if only the VM is free! As you can see above, the VM is reported as 0€, but it looks I'm paying for disk space and connectivity!
How can a VM work without them, though?
