@JasonGodfrey-5248 Sometimes, IE will recognize Intranet site as an Internet site, when you access the intranet Web sites that require authentication, you may be prompted for credentials. you can refer to this KB, verify if it meets your situation. intranet-site-identified-as-an-internet-site.

Escalate to your domain administrators or server administrators, as that dialog indicates connection issues to domain controllers in general. There isn't much you can do.

there is only 1 server in play here and its on a WORKGROUP.
So i have no idea what credentials it is looking for.
i tried adding the site to local intranet and trusted sites but it was already listed in that location.

@JasonGodfrey-5248 Will you also be asked to enter your username/password when you run the application locally? you can try the username/password of your machine.

Then it is by design. For WORKGROUP machines, there is no shared accounts (which is only available when machines are domain joined).
