client has a group set up in Skype
-each morning they chat\IM within their group
-client will do a group "Skype" call
-the conversation\IM history window stays open all day as they continue to message back and forth however.....
-if client tries to do another "Skype" call to group, a window flashes, the call window appears but does not actually call anyone in the group (so in order to make another Skype call to the group, she has to close their conversation window and start a new one)
-I tested with an individual one on one conversation and it works so maybe a limitation for a group conversation?
-I did ask client to have another coworker try on their end as she is currently the only one in the group who actually makes Skype calls to the group but haven't heard back yet
Client reported same thing occurs for others in her team.
Its not an issue with one on one calls.
To me it makes sense that its working by design because your starting a new call it would create a new group windows. But it's not making the new call to the group.
Is there a limit on how many times you can do a call in the group call/chat window?
Anyone know if this is working by design.
