Windows server 2019, MECM 2010, when I go to create a O365 deployment, I click the "Go to the Office Customization Tool" it comes up blank. Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this?

Agree with ColinFord-6663, we should try to connect the Web site and to check if these links could be connected normal.

CM invokes the link of Office Customization Tool, if we could not connect either of them, it seems there are something wrong with Internet.

I am having the same issue with Windows server 2012 server, MECM 2006, when I go to create a O365 deployment, I click the "Go to the Office Customization Tool" it comes up blank. I am able to access both the above links https://config.office.com/?trustedAuthority=cm&l=en-cn or https://config.office.com/deploymentsettings
via google chrome and Edge. Would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction to fix this.
