Authenticator doesn't recognize my business account

Hi there,

Im stucked in a loop with my business account since I switched phone.
To login into my business account admin app or other Microsoft applications with my business account I'm always sent to the authenticator app but he doesn't recognize my business account so I can not confirm and do not receive any confirmation code on my mobile neither. I've tried every solution that I found on the internet but without success. Even to get help from the support desk I need to login and so I can not reach them neither.
If someone could give me the golden clue to solve the issue I would appreciate very much.

According to my understanding of your question, when you sign in to Microsoft applications using mobile phone, the authenticator cannot be recognized your business account.

Can you provide the following information:

  1. Whether there is an error message/code?

  2. What type of account is your business account?

  3. Is it possible to provide corresponding screenshots?

These helps us to better understand and solve the problem.

Dear,
I have a basic business account.
I switched a few weeks ago from cellphone and now my account in the autenthicator app is grey and I can't change anything. Always when I want to start something like for example my admin page or outlook he asks to confirm with autenthicator app and there I'm stucked.

I've added a picture of what I see in my authenticator app.

I also think the problem is with the authenticator app. See the image I added in my other message.

Indeed I think the issue is in the authenticator app.
When I open it my business account is grey and I can't do anything.
Every app i want to open from Microsoft (admin page or outlook for example) he asks confirmation with authenticator app but there i can't do anything.
Also when I choose to confirm with another way for example with a code, it doesn't work and I already checked everything i found on the internet too check in order to receive the codes but still nothing.
