outlook 2019 shows calendar meetings with 1 hour behind

Dear all,
In our Domain network, we have Exchange 2010 on windows server 2008 Enterprise with Time Zone +3:30. for all PCs that joined to domain, Outlook shows Meetings Correctly, but if I configure an outlook 2019 on PC that does not joined to our domain, it shows meetings on calendar with wrong time. for example if I send a meeting for 9:00AM to 10:00AM, this outlook show meeting in 8:00AM to 9:00AM (1 hour behind). all systems Time Zone (Exchange Server, All PCs) set to +3:00 with Daylight enabled.

Please help me.
Best Regards

Hi @AmirAhmadiRad-7203,

Considering that Exchange 2010 has reached its end of life and actually Outlook 2019 is not supported to be used together with Exchange 2010 accoring to this official article, it's hightly recommended to upgrade to the mainstreaming versions of Exchange server like Exchange 2016 or migrating to Microsoft 365 to stay in a supported configuration.

Keeping the above in mind, for the issue you described, may I know if you have tried testing with a same machine and see if the issue can be reproduced, that is, it works fine when joined the domain but 1 hour behind when outside the domain? This can help narrow down if this could be due to any other settings on the machine.

Furthermore, aside from the system Time Zone settings, please also go to File > Options > Calendar, scroll down and verify the Time Zone settings there are identical on all PCs no matther they are joined to domain or not:
