Domain Joined can't connect to internet

Hi,

Good day!

I have some inquiry, because some our laptop that has been joined to the domain experienced the following:
1. When disconnected to the network of ADDS (at home) and trying to connect to the internet, user cannot connect.
2. When they logged in to the local account then they can connect to the internet.

What would be the cause of this problem?

Thank you,
Rich

Assuming the pc is DHCP assigned it should have access to internet via ISPs equipment. Please post the results of
ipconfig /all
`tracert 8.8.8.8'
