@RaviBhushan-3339, From your description, I know we get event id 29191 every minute. If there's any misunderstanding, please let us know.

To clarify our issue, could you collect the information:
1. When did this happen? Did it work well before? Have we done any change before the error occurred?
2. Could you make a description of our environment? how many SCOM servers are there in our environment? Did the event occur on all the management servers? What version is the affected management server?

Meanwhile, we suggest to clear cache and restart the affected SCOM server to see if the issue can be fixed.

If there's any update, feel free to let us know.

Hi @Crystal-MSFT

Yes it is getting triggered every minute.

  1. When did this happen? Did it work well before? Have we done any change before the error occurred? - It started two days before. We have not received any event earlier for 29191. We haven't made any changes to the SCOM server or environment

  2. Could you make a description of our environment? how many SCOM servers are there in our environment? Did the event occur on all the management servers? What version is the affected management server?
    • SCOM version with UR - SCOM 2012 R2 UR9 Build Number:- 7.1.10226.1177
Two Management servers but this event occurs on only one.
    Management server version is 7.1.10226.0

We have already cleared the cache and had restarted the services. If needed then will get the MS rebooted.

Hi @Crystal-MSFT

Seems like a reboot on MS helped to resolve the issue. I ahve monitored it for maore than an hour but no event triggered after that.

Thanks

@RaviBhushan-3339, Thanks for the update. I am glad to hear that rebooting the Management server make the events disappear. Congratulations! I think the possible cause can be that some com components are stuck which cause the service communication failure. After rebooting, the components start to work. We can monitor one day more to see if the event will not appear again.

If there's any update, feel free to let us know.
