Installation of IIS Roles now require reboot on Win2019.

Hi, previously when installing a number of IIS10 Roles on Windows 2016 (Web-HTTP-Errors for example), reboots were not required.
When installing on Windows 2019, reboots are now required. Why is this? Is there a way around this? There were no pending reboots prior to installation btw.

@JamesFowler-1673 I did not find the Web-HTTP-Errors feature in iis, but there are Error pages. Do you need to restart every time you use these features?

@SamWu-MSFT the Web-HTTP-Errors 'Role' can be added via 'add Roles and Features' on the Windows 2019 server (once Web Server Role has been installed) which among other things creates the c:\inetpub\custerr folder and sub folder/files. This 'Role' (along with other IIS features too), did not require a reboot when installing. However since applying a number of latest MS Updates, when attempting to install Web-HTTP-Errors 'Role' (along with some others too) it needs a reboot for the 'Role' to be applied. I'm testing which update/s it is thats causing this, as is disrupting my build process as files/settings that install before the MS updates, do not without a reboot when installing after the MS updates have been applied.

@JamesFowler-1673 You can try to reset iis and try again. right-click on cmd.exe and select run as administrator, at the command prompt, type IISRESET, press Enter.
