Hi all
Since the Azure pricing calculator was saying the OS License is free (Few Images ex. Suse Linux enterprise server + patchonly), but when we Deployed the vm with suse image patchonly, we are getting the Bill on PAYG Model.
The Azure Price Calculator is a definitive resource for determining costs so if you find an error in your billing you should reach out to billing directly to get that resolved:
In the Azure portal, open a billing support request by going to Help + support > New support request > Billing and then complete the wizard.
While some versions of SUSE Linux do have a free software component, others have a cost associated with them. I would double check to make sure that the VMs you deployed aren't using one of the versions with a cost associated with them.

Dear kobulloc-MSFT
the actual issue as per below, on the calculator, shows 0 value but we are getting the bill against the OS Image.

In that case you definitely want to talk to billing. Show them this screenshot of the Price Calculator that they can compare with the charges you are seeing and they will be able to sort that out:
In the Azure portal, open a billing support request by going to Help + support > New support request > Billing and then complete the wizard.
If you are having trouble doing this for any reason, let me know.
Before I go with Azure support I just want to know what are Free OS Images are available on Azure? at least I will refer to future projects.
