I am trying to get monetized on Mixer, a streaming platform that requires me to fill out a tax form. When I went through the Microsoft tax profile procedures I finally arrived at the "Additional Information" tab where I was asked for my mailing and permanent residency address. I provided the details and was told that Vertex cannot validate either of the addresses, Which are the same address, and it cannot go any further due to the error. I have checked the information over and over and retyped and tried an old address and nothing has worked thus far. Very frustrating as it is the last thing in line to monetization.
