This forum unfortunately does not have any call support, for that you can open a support case with us and then work on a case basis.
Looking at your question, the metadata file is something which application vendor should provide you. Using which you can follow our article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/configure-saml-single-sign-on to set it up.
Try reaching out to your application vendor and ask for the metadata file.
