Does anyone know where I can download the 2002 baseline version? I cannot find it anywhere. There must be an archive somewhere of older versions.
Thanks.

Hi @RenePaquin-3677,
There are normally three (3) different ways to download a Configuration Manager baseline media and they are:
Microsoft Evaluation Center (the current is version 2103 though)
MSDN/Visual Studio (requires a subscription)
Microsoft VLSC (requires a subscription)

Hi Leon,
We do have Microsoft VLSC however it only has the latest version. I need 2002 or earlier to fix our broken system. I do have a copy of version 1606 but I was hoping to find something a little more current.
Thanks,
Rene
Thsanks for the response. I understand that it is an older version but for my immediate needs and purposed I require version 2002.
2002 is old baseline version, you can download the latest baseline from Microsoft site 2103
I don't think we offer downloads for older versions. Given that 2002 is nearing end of support, what's the scenario here where you need it? One guess for me would be for a site restore but using the media is not supported for this.

Here is an answer to your question that hopefully you find helpful!
We could try to get Configuration Manager 2002 baseline using the EnableEarlyUpdateRing 2002 script provided by Microsoft which enables us to be on Fast Ring to get the 2002 update package in ConfigMgr right away.
We may download the EnableEarlyUpdateRing 2002 PowerShell script by clicking this link.
Once download the file EnableEarlyUpdateRing2002.exe, run it to extract EnableEarlyUpdateRing2002.ps1
Open PowerShell on Site Server with Admin rights and run the script in following format:
EnableEarlyUpdateRing2002.ps1 <SiteServerName>
Once completed, we will be able to see “Configuration Manager 2002” under “Updates and Servicing”.

This has nothing to do with downloading baseline media and even for an existing site is useless as 2002 hasn't been in the early ring for well over a year.
