Simplest solution would be to clean install the operating system.

Hi,
Looks like, it is a volume license key used by organizations and is managed through Key Management System hosted on a centralized server.
To confirm this, can you give the output of following:

Right click on Windows Start > Click on either Powershell (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin)
Copy below and paste and Enter
slmgr.vbs /dlv

For home user KMS activation means illegal activation and possibly illegal Windows.
You will need to purchase Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store and do a Clean Install. So you should backup all off the main drive or onto removable media or the Cloud (such as OneDrive).
You can buy Windows 10 Home from the safest source here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/windows?activetab=tab%3ashopwindows10
Hope above information can help you.

Hello,
You should not need to do clean install, all you should have to do is to change the product key to a retail or an OEM key.
Once you have purchased the key open an elevated CMD prompt
To change the key enter the purchased product key as shown below.
Run slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
