The process C:\Windows\system32\SystemSettingsAdminFlows.exe (machine name) has initiated the restart of computer (machine name) on behalf of user (user)

I have a machine that has rebooted 5 times today on its own. I'm sitting here scratching my head as to why this keeps happening.

error in event viewer:

The process C:\Windows\system32\SystemSettingsAdminFlows.exe (machine name) has initiated the restart of computer (machine name) on behalf of user (user) for the following reason: Other (Unplanned)
Reason Code: 0x5000000
Shutdown Type: restart


Anyone else experiencing these issues>

SystemSettingsAdminFlows.exe is responsible for the administrator privileges that are required for opening /editing/ removing files.
For current situation, update your server 2019 to the latest build firstly.
Then Enable User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator Account policy in Local Security Policy.
Restart computer and monitor restart state.
