Error 500 onmy mail

I cant log in to my mail. I get error 500. How can i fix this?

First I would like to confirm with you:
1.Are you using Exchange Online(Microsoft 365)?
2.Did the error occur when you try to login your mailbox via https://outlook.office365.com/?
Was the detailed error message like "Repeating redirects detected"?

Hello, I am having the same issue. Mail converted from MX to Outlook. I can access it via the App but not via Webmail. I need staff to be able to access the webmail version as some do not want to install the Outlook App.

I ma the first user for organization now
I tried to use different computer and different browsers
