Hi,
If you haven't yet received the May 2020 update for your Windows 10 client, you can always manually download it by using the Windows 10 Update Assistant.

The Windows 10 Update Assistant will perform the prerequisites check to see if your PC is compatible for the Windows 10 May 2020 update.
I have this issue too....
I have Windows 10 Version 1909. I go to update page and check for updates and it won't come thru. It does show a message however that says "Feature Update to Windows 10, Version 2004 The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. Once it’s ready for your device, you’ll see the update available on this page.
Any ideas what the issue may be?
Did you give the Windows 10 Update Assistant a try?
You can also create a Windows 10 installation media and try installing from that one.
I tried this update assistant it tells me after an hr that i am not supported all I wanted to do was a repair on the 1909.
Another option is to manual download and install the latest SSU (servicing stack update)

If your computer doesn’t direct version 2004, there are usually two methods to get it.
Method 1: Windows Update Assistant, which is a specific tool for feature upgrade
Method 2: Media creation tool, use it to download 2004 iso image file and in-place upgrade. You need to download a 4GB size iso file.
Both of above methods can help you upgrade to the latest Windows 10.
I shall also suggest you to go through the following Microsoft article:
