check Get-PnPSiteTemplate. If you want to copy content use 3rd party migration tools like Sharegate.

Hi, @GlennMaxwell-2309 ,

Are you using SharePoint Online or On-Premise? If you are using SharePoint Online, there is not a built-in feature for moving sites cross tenants. You can create a new team site with the same set up in your test environment and connect to your unified group. And 3rd party tools will also be an option. Microsoft now has mover as a cloud migration option which you can have a check on moving files and contents.

Hi, @GlennMaxwell-2309 ,

Mover is sued for moving files and contents on user level. As I mentioned in the reply, create a new team site with the same set up in your test environment. This will be safe way without any impact on prod environment. For actually copying/moving team site, you will need to use 3rd party tools to move team site between tenants.
