I have a room resource in Exchange 365. When someone books the room resource, I want it to automatically include an attendee to the meeting boking.
Is this possible?
How do you set it up?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
You can create a rule like this:
Then boy1 will automatically have this meeting in his calendar without notification.

Thank you very much for your response. I plan to give it a try.
One last question. The reason for the original question was to use team in our boardroom. We were using Zoom rooms and want to move over to teams.
I know there are various options for this. Microsoft Teams Rooms is one option. We already have hardware installed, so didnt want to go the teams room with hardware. Couldn't see various options.
Option 2 would be to have the Boardroom resource have its own Teams account, but I am told that resources cannot have a teams account.
Option 3 was to do what you answered for the question I posted. Create a Teams Boardroom user account, and auto add it to the meeting request when you book the boardroom.
If you have any other suggestions, I will really be interested.
Thanks again in advance.
KR,
Geoffrey
Sorry, I'm only work for the Exchange questions. You can start a thread with "Office-Teams-Windows-Itpro" tag and you should be better answered there.
Feed it back after you test the mail flow rule please.
